Yes! You read correctly! Stampin' Up! is offering a "Three Payment Plan" for Starter Kits through the end of March and again in April. The difference being during Sale-a-Bration the kit is reduced by 15% and is only $169.00. It will go back to full price in April for $199.00.Also, if you should sign up in March (paperwork must be in the home office by the 31st of March to qualify) you will also receive a FREE Stamp Set of your choice (up to $47.95)! Whatta deal!!!

For the "Three Payment Plan" you must submit Paper work. It cannot be done online.
